educating employees on benefit options and how supplemental plans
can compliment any existing benefits. During this interview personal
medical information and use is collected which is used to formulate
health insurance plan options.

The collected
data is assimilated for best plan design, carrier choice and cost
structure. Emphasis is placed on meeting employee needs concerning
networks, preexisting conditions and desired outcome.
3)
Suggested plan is
reviewed, authorized by owner then submitted for policy issue.
4)
Final benefit
reviews and questions can be addressed through one on one telephone
consultations protecting privacy and addressing individual
concerns.
